Kaan was admitted to the bar in 2010 in Frankfurt. He specializes on insolvency law focusing in particular on the restructuring of distressed companies and the retention of asset values. Kaan has broad experience in the processing of complex insolvency proceedings. He is competent in solving profound legal problems as well as handling all kind of practical challenges that arise during the restructuring of companies.
Kaan obtained a doctoral degree at the University of Leipzig in 2015. In addition, he holds a Master degree in public administration. He is lecturer at the HfWU Nürtingen (LL.M.).
Prior to joining Finkenhof, Kaan spent many years working for the leading insolvency law firm Jaffé Rechtsanwälte Insolvenzverwalter.
Kaan speaks German, Turkish and English.
