Freya was admitted to the bar in 2021. The main focus of her consulting activities lies on advising companies on all issues relating to corporate and insolvency law.
She advises shareholders, entrepreneurs, lenders and investors on all liability and restructuring issues. Furthermore, advising on corporate law issues as well as insolvency and non-insolvency related M&A-transactions is a focus of her work.
During her legal traineeship, Freya worked for an internationally operating law firm in the field of insolvency law. She studied in Freiburg, Lausanne and Frankfurt am Main. During her legal traineeship, Ms. Hanf also gained experience abroad at the German Embassy in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Freya speaks German and English.
