Dr Lorenzo Matthaei is a founding partner of FINKENHOF and has been admitted to the German bar since 2006. His practice focuses on providing legal advice to companies, shareholders and executive bodies (management boards, supervisory boards and advisory boards) in the context of corporate restructuring.
He advises his clients on both out-of-court restructuring solutions and the planning and implementation of court restructuring proceedings (in particular StaRUG proceedings, protective shield proceedings and insolvency proceedings under self-administration). In the context of insolvency proceedings under self-administration, Dr. Matthaei regularly also assumes management tasks (typically as general representative).
