Tali was admitted to the bar in 2023. The main focus of her consulting activities lies on advising companies on all issues relating to corporate and insolvency law.
She advises shareholders, entrepreneurs, lenders and investors on all liability and restructuring issues. Furthermore, advising on corporate law issues as well as insolvency and non-insolvency related M&A-transactions is a focus of her work.
During her legal traineeship, Tali worked for internationally operating law firms in the fields of Banking & Finance and Real Estate law. She studied in Frankfurt am Main. During her legal traineeship, Tali also gained experience abroad at a German-Israeli law firm in Tel-Aviv.
