Luca Thomas has been admitted to the bar in Frankfurt am Main since 2025. His practice focuses on advising companies on corporate and insolvency law matters.

He advises shareholders, entrepreneurs, lenders and investors on liability and restructuring issues. A further key area of his work is advising on M&A transactions – both insolvency-related and non-insolvency-related.

During his studies, Luca Thomas worked at a nationally operating law firm in the field of insolvency administration. He also gained practical experience at a management consultancy specialising in the financing of construction and infrastructure projects. He studied law in Mainz and obtained an LL.M. from the University of Glasgow. During his legal clerkship, he also gained experience at an internationally operating law firm in the area of finance.
